Work Health and Safety Representatives – 5 day course
This is the major Comcare accredited WHS representatives course available to federal public sector agencies. The course enables employers to meet their training obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 1991. The course is paid for by the employer and is open to anyone meeting the eligibility requirements.

Training is currently conducted in Sydney and Melbourne, with Canberra training conducted on a needs basis - please email the WHS Coordinator for further information. To enroll, print out a copy of the relevant enrolment form and fax it to the number on the form.

This course is designed for health and safety representatives, supervisors and managers, employees and anyone responsible for implementing manual handling systems. The course will identify legislative responsibilities, recognising hazards and implementing control measures with regard to manual handling.
